Environmental sustainability at AG Barr

We take our environmental responsibilities very seriously, constantly seeking to minimise our impact on the world we operate in, whether through carbon and energy reduction, our water and waste control actions or the general reduction of our environmental impacts on areas such as packaging.

The road to net zero

Our ambitious environmental sustainability plans are being brought to life by our No Time To Waste programme.

The No Time To Waste programme brings together multiple energy, packaging, sourcing, waste and water initiatives under one collective banner and reinforces our aim to increase sustainability and ultimately reduce our environmental impact.

We now have approved near and long-term science-based emissions reduction targets with the Science Based Target initiative (SBTi) and a verified science-based net-zero target of 2050. 

We have developed a deliverable and realistic decarbonisation roadmap to underpin these targets against which we are already making good progress, working closely with our suppliers and partners
