Carole Glover, Telesales Manager, Cumbernauld
Carole joined our telesales team in April 2014 with a degree in Marketing from Strathclyde Business School.
Carole started her career as a Local Business Development Manager covering 60 plus stores with some of our biggest customers. She worked with her store contacts to build availability, distribution and gain additional display’s. Building strong relationships was key here to secure front of shop displays and execute successful theme days. After 3 successful years in role, Carole wanted to broaden her skill set and get some experience of managing people so joined the telesales team.
Her current job is as the Telesales Sales Manager for our direct business in the South, based in our National Telesales Sales Centre in Cumbernauld. Carole manages a team of 10 Account Managers who build relationships and sales with more than 3,500 retailers.
In just 5 years in the business Carole has built great experience, selling to customers and managing people. She continues to stretch herself by getting involved in project work and dealing with the fast paced FMCG environment.
