A great new opportunity for 2 Administrators has arisen at our Milton Keynes site.
What we’re looking for…
We are looking for an excellent experienced administrator - fully IT literate, ideally with intermediate or advanced spreadsheet knowledge, be highly numerate and able to demonstrate first class communication skills. Previous experience in a similar role beneficial, but not essential.
Aside from general administration duties the roles will cover a number of internal processes such as Staff Sales, uniform and locker management, organising events, supporting recruitment activity, maintaining employee records, as well as raising PI counts, involvement with site manufacturing plans and closing work orders using our MRP system.
With a proven ability to multitask and prioritise a busy work schedule, you will ideally have previous experience working within a fast paced, open plan environment. However, it is equally important you have the skills, enthusiasm, flexibility and determination to adapt to new challenges with ease.
You will play a crucial role within a small support team and be expected to cover other functionalities within this team, including Reception and Payroll. Full training will be given.
