Audit Committee

The Audit Committee is chaired by Martin Griffiths and its other members are Robin Barr and Jonathan Warburton. The Committee meets at least three times a year and otherwise as required.

Remuneration Committee

The Remuneration Committee is chaired by Robin Barr and its other members are Ronald Hanna, Jonathan Warburton and Martin Griffiths. The Committee meets at least two times a year and otherwise as required.

Nomination Committee

The Nomination Committee is chaired by Ronald Hanna and its other members are Robin Barr, Jonathan Warburton and Martin Griffiths. The Committee meets at least once a year and otherwise as required.
