A.G. Barr p.l.c. ("we" or "us") are committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of those who use our website, and the confidentiality of any personal information or details submitted or provided to us by users of our website ("you") or ("your").

    1.1 Information you provide when contacting us in relation to any products we sell or any matter relating to our site www.agbarr.co.uk ("our site").

    1.3 Where you are a shareholder of A.G. Barr p.l.c., information that you provide when contacting us in that capacity.
