Advertising to Children
We believe that it is right that we are able to communicate to all of our consumers at all age groups.
However when communicating with children we recognise that we have a specific duty to do this very responsibly.
We follow both the letter and the spirit of the 2007 and revised 2008 Ofcom regulations relating to advertising to 4 to 15 year olds and indeed before these regulations came into being we were already self regulating our own advertising schedules.
